Our story
iResolv was founded to close a gap we kept seeing across the care sector: generalist consultancies giving generic compliance advice to a sector that is anything but generic. CQC registration, Ofsted requirements, and Home Office sponsor licence rules each carry their own logic, language and pitfalls.
We work as an extension of your team — in the room for policy reviews, on the phone before inspection day, and honest with you when something needs fixing rather than filing. Our name comes from how we approach every engagement: resolve the real issue, reform the systems around it, and deliver results that hold up under scrutiny.
What guides us
We tell clients what they need to hear, including when the honest timeline or answer isn't the easy one.
Regulatory language gets translated into plain, actionable steps — no jargon left unexplained.
We work alongside your team rather than handing over a report and disappearing until the invoice is due.
We track every action to completion and stand behind the guidance we give, from application to inspection.
What sets us apart
Every consultant on our team works solely within CQC and Ofsted-regulated services — nothing else on the roster.
We draft the policies, sit in on mock inspections and submit the applications alongside you — not from a distance.
Every policy, report and briefing is written so your staff can actually use it — not just so it reads well in a folder.
